Pork Tacos

September 8, 2011 § Leave a comment

Cleaning out the refrigerator’s freezer, I found some roast pork, it’s time for tacos. This is one of my many dishes that always has a different flavor. Just saute some onion, green pepper and assorted hot peppers. Then add some already cooked pork that has been sliced. I usually cook a pork roast, divide it into serving portions and freeze it. Makes it easier to come up with dinner. Anyway, I digress. Add some chili powder, maybe ground cumin, salt and pepper. You can add a can of tomato sauce or tomatoes with chilies, whatever sounds good at the time. Heat the corn shells in a dry pan or fry them in a little oil. Serve with taco sauce, grated cheese and anything else you can think of.
Eat well!
