Cajun Crab Soup

It’s Friday night and fall is in the air. I figured it would be a good day to try some Cajun Crab Soup. The recipe I started with is from All Recipes is more of a bisque as it has butter and cream in it. Whatever you choose to call it, it turned out good. I only made half a recipe since it’s only the two of us and cream soups don’t reheat well. I used some frozen corn that I had for cream style corn in lieu of the frozen white corn and I omitted the thyme. Tina is not a but fan of it. We will have this again.
