Baby Back Ribs

This Sunday we are having baby back rib.
I have two ribs that I have taken the silver skin off. For each rib, take a sheet of heavy duty foil and lay the ribs on it then sprinkle the ribs with seasoning. I use my salt-free cajun seasoning bout you could use whatever you would like. The put one sliced onion, 5 to 6 dices garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of juniper berries and a couple of sprigs of fresh rosemary and a sprinkle of salt. Seal up all but one end and pour in a mixture of 1/2 cup chicken stock mixed with a tablespoon each of Worcestershire sauce and vinegar. Seal up the final end and place in a 225 degree oven for 2 1/5 hours our until the ribs are also done.
Once done, I cooled them and then put them on the grill with some BBQ sauce.
This overall method did not turn out as well as expected. It really needs some work.
