Raw Cranberry Relish

My mother made this recipe for years and I’m not sure of it’s source. I do know that everyone that tries it, likes it.
1 pound cranberries – picked over and rinsed
1 can crushed pineapple
2 cups sugar
Cut the rind off one of the oranges and juice both. Core the apple and cut into pieces.
Run the cranberries, orange rind and apple though a grinder use the small hole plate.
Combine with the remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill before serving. It is actually better the next day after the flavors have had a chance to combine.
