Tomorrow is Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya

Tomorrow is Jambalaya in my new 7 gallon kettle. I have an old 30 gallon one that makes enough for an army. I spent part of today dicing the trinity(green & red bell peppers, onions & celery), making the cabbage slaw and the sweet tea base. This means tomorrow all I just have to do is cut up the chicken and sausage and actually cook it.
