Blueberry Sipping Vinegar

My first attempted at sipping vinegars:

2 cups Blueberries, crushed
2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
1 1/2 cups sugar

Crush the blueberries and mix with the vinegar in a quart jar. Shake the jar once a day for a week.
Strain the liquid into a bottle and add the sugar. Place on the counter and shake daily until all the sugar is dissolved.
Store in the refrigerator. Let set a week before using to give the flavors time to blend.
To serve, place one ounce in a tall glass over ice and add club soda or you can just serve over ice or neat.
